The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday sought details of the cases registered against former premier Imran Khan from NAB, FIA, and the police. Justice Muhammad Azam Khan of the IHC heard Khan’s petition seeking to halt actions by NAB, FIA, and the police. During the hearing, lawyer Salman Safdar, Khan’s sisters, and NAB officials appeared before the court. During proceedings, Khan’s counsel requested the formation of a larger bench. However, NAB officials opposed the plea, arguing that the petition contained no grounds that warranted a larger bench. The NAB special prosecutor told the court that some time was needed to provide the details of the cases against Khan. In response, Khan’s lawyer requested that the parties be given seven days. Subsequently, the court directed NAB, FIA, and the police to submit details of the cases registered against Khan.
